I had never met Reeny but let me tell you she is the Best!
Well I saw this Condo online and fell in Love with it! It was exactly what I was looking for. Two bedrooms One bathroom and a very large Lanai ! So I showed it to my Sister and Brother in law and My Sister called Reeny and made an appointment for that day ( I think ) so we went to look at it and I was Sold! I gave Reeny the Deposit and I think it was a week later I was at the closing! I didn't have to do hardly anything except show up! And now it is mine and I Love it! And her assistant is a Doll also!

From the initial meeting to the property searches it was indeed a pleasure to spend the time with Reeny. She was knowledgeable and informed and only showed us properties that met our criteria. Once we found the home we wanted expertise was again called into play. Home inspections, property information, repairs to the property, all was handled with aplomb. She stayed on top of everything until the closing. I even requested access additional times to get estimates from painting contractors, but it was never a problem to coordinate them. I want to express my appreciation to Reeny Kaney (RE/MAX Alliance Group) for the sale of my residence in Bradenton, FL. She made the process simple. This was my second home and during the sale process, I was not in Florida so she had to be my eyes and ears to make sure there were no issues with the home. She was in constant contact with me about all items that needed to be addressed and also in contact with the builder (since this was new construction). The fact that I didn’t have to deal with those issues was a tremendous relief. If I had questions, Reeny made sure that they were not only answered but done so expeditiously.  Every time I tried to contact her, she would almost always answer her phone or if she was unavailable, return my call promptly. If anyone is looking to purchase property in South Florida, I would highly recommend Reeny. She knows the market extremely well,  has a great feel for her client’s needs, and goes the extra mile. When my process was complete, I felt like I had made a new friend!

Reeny! OMG! Where she found the roofing contractor to look at the roof Friday afternoon, I don’t know. The texts were flying on Friday and then I got the text from Reeny that it’s just a chimney problem and the buyers want to close today! Her perseverance got this closed on Friday. Even a hurricane didn’t get in the way! Reeny was great to work with, keeping me in the loop every step along the way! She is very professional yet fun to work with at the same time!

I am sorry it took me so long to write this but my husband and I have been helping very close friends preparing to move. They stayed with us for over 2 weeks after their closing and then we helped them for several days during the move-in. Why am I telling you this. Because they had the worse realtor in the world. Silly me I thought every realtor was like Reeny. BIG surprise. Reeny was always available (even when she was sick) and if not someone in the group would reach her and she would get back to me. She was very thorough, knew it was our first rodeo and we never felt pressured. However, she did keep us moving along. I just wish she was licensed in Pennsylvania since we plan on selling our current home and property next year.
